Exercise combined with the right food reduces body fat percentage

Do we get fat because of lack of exercise\"?

The answer is a resounding and maybe a surprising NO!.. we get fat because we
provide our bodies with more calories than it needs at a given time.

So the solution is not purely more exercise, which although essential for your body
to be an efficient fat burner, must be combined with a sensible eating plan.

Food is the energy the body requires to function, but only give the body the energy
it needs and no more, because any extra will end up as unburned fat, even salad and
celery can both be stored as fat.

Food extra to the bodies needs can be stored as fat, but not all extra energy is
stored in the fat cells.

So balance your eating to your activity level.
There is not a substitute for proper nutrition and exercise / training.
To be a fat burner your body will respond best with small meals or snacks every 2-3
hours balanced with the right amount of calories in each meal session, which will
depend on how active you are at the time of eating.

Excess body fat affects children as well.

Dieting is short term, weight is usually put back on.
